♡ How are your lashes cruelty-free?

Because our lashes are faux mink, and do not contain real animal fur. They are made of the finest silk fibers to mimic the soft, and natural, appearance of mink lashes.

♡ If they are silk, how are they Vegan?

The lash industry uses the term "silk" only used to describe a synthetic material that is as soft as real silk. No silkworms harmed here!

♡ What is the difference between Faux Mink lashes and regular store bought synthetic lashes?

Disposable lashes from drug stores are made of low quality plastic fibers, making them less comfortable, difficult to curl, and often very un-natural looking. Disposable lashes can only be worn a few times before they are discarded, while Ash Lashes can get up to 25 uses (depending on how well you care for them). Our premium lashes are also made to look “3D,” through a very careful process, done by an expert lash maker.

♡ Do I need to cut the lashes in order for them to fit?

Usually yes. We recommend you trim your lashes according to the perfect fit for your eye. Ash Lash© offers tools to do so, in our Accessories section.

♡ Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide.

♡ How do I know when my order has shipped?

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. You will also receive a second e-mail once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number. Please refer to our Terms page for more details.

♡ Do you offer returns?

Due to the sanity concerns of our product, we do not. We do offer refunds or exchanges for any damaged items, and special circumstance.
